My sister bought me a bottle of Rockin' Raspberry for Christmas, and I was a little skeptical about it. I opened it last week, and I was mightily impressed with this little wine from Aylmer. It was delicious, remarkably so, and should be on the Liquor Store shelves. Meantime, I guess I have to order some from you.

Just a short note to compliment you on your wonderful wines and the winery itself. My wife and I stopped in on Saturday October 6, 2007 and were very pleasantly surprised. I have been a grape wine maker and drinker for many many years and this was actually the first real taste of true fruit wines other than grape. I never thought I would enjoy rhubarb in a wine...surprise surprise, and the blueberry.....wow!!!. I must add my gratitude to the staff at the store, (I never did get her name), but she was SO very helpful, courteous and offered wonderful information, and meeting the wine master was an added bonus!! We hope to visit again, or at least order online. I will spread the word about your fine establishment in hopes of directing more to the the wonderful world of fruit wine. Thank-you for making our weekend getaway even extra special.

Just a quick note to once again THANK YOU for the lovely tour and afternoon at your estate. We had a great time! (And we especially LOVED your sunflower patch! I sent an order through online... for 6 bottles of wine. We love your wines!!! The 4 bottles of Decadence will be for a Bachelorette party the night before my girlfriend's wedding. I'll be making a lovely cheesecake to go along with it!

We (4 of us) finally popped the Cork on your Decadence. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMM GOOD!

The aroma of chocolate immediately sprang from the bottle. For us just the experience of pouring the wine was exciting. We were full of anticipation.

The nose on this wine is sensational! It took a second for the strawberry to come through, but when it did the anticipation was increased and we were ready to let the wine settle on our salivating taste buds. Upon tasting, the word "Wow!" immediately escaped the lips of two of our guests. Absolutely delicious and satisfying were the words I use to describe Decadence. Although it was sweet, every one had a second glass. I thought my wife was going to go for the third glass.One guest said it recalled days long passed when he would enjoy a liqueur with his father on the porch after dinner. Both our guests asked - and this tells the truth about the wine, "Where can be we buy this wine?" They both wrote down the name of your winery and the name of the wine.

Congratulations Kim & Wendy Flintoft if you make one wine this good your other wines just have to be sensational too.
