This lightly oaked dry red wine is crafted with time to give it the flavour and smoothness it presents. Aged 18 months or longer before bottling. Elderberry Reserve is to be served with prime rib, wild game, zesty pasta, or aged white cheddars. Serve room temp or slightly chilled in warmer climate.

Ebony (Dry Black Currant)

A pleasant drinking wine that is light bodied and balanced. Ebony is a dry red wine that possesses an intense bouquet of fresh black currants with smokey undertones.
