Riesling

The truest expression in the New World of this noble grape is surely found in Niagara. 
The summer of 2018 was primarily cool, with above seasonal temperatures in late summer and autumn, prolonging the harvest. The result, an easy-drinking Riesling showing mature fruity and floral notes, golden delicious apple, quince, wildflowers, gooseberry & peach flowers. Crisp acidity balanced with residual sugar, light and refreshing, with a fruity aftertaste.
